How it is madeThe same four rectangles printed twice, blue up-left and pink down-right by 2% of the box, with the overlap painted as a THIRD rectangle inset by the offset. There is no multiply blend available to a stamp here, so the motif is rectangles on purpose: the intersection of two axis-aligned rects offset by (dx, dy) is exactly a rect, and can be drawn rather than blended. The patchy ink loss is a cream rectangle through a noise alpha stencil at 30%, drawn at the ink rects only so it cannot spill past the artwork.
