How it is madeTorn ends rather than cut ends, which is the entire read: a seven-tooth zigzag at each end, a slightly wavy top and bottom, a warm gradient across the width for the sheen, nine faint fibre lines along it, and a blurred copy of the same outline underneath for the shadow. The tape sits at about 90% opacity so what it covers still shows through. The shadow is placed by hand because the outline was already in a variable, and feDropShadow was not needed.
