How it is madeTwo rings, three bars and two diamonds, rotated seven degrees by baking the angle into the coordinates, then put through a noise alpha stencil at contrast 1.9 so the ink is MISSING in patches. The gaps are what make it convincing: a rubber die never makes full contact. No letters, deliberately, so the stamp is usable in any language instead of being an English word somebody has to cover up.
