Common questions
Do I need an account to use the editor?
Yes, a free account, one click with Google. Every drawing tool is then free forever. The account is what keeps your work synced across your devices and safe in the cloud.
How does billing and tax (VAT/GST) work?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout, local tax is calculated automatically, and Paddle issues a proper tax receipt for every payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, one click in your account page. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is deleted afterwards. Your files remain downloadable on the Free plan.
What happens to my extra cloud files if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Files beyond the Free limit become read-only in the cloud. You can still open, download and delete them, you just can't add new ones past the limit.
