Refund Policy
We'd rather you try Rayzia free for as long as you like than pay and regret it. Every drawing tool is free forever. If you do subscribe to Pro and it isn't right for you, this is how refunds work.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If this is your first Pro purchase (monthly or yearly), you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge, no questions asked.
2. Renewals
Forgot to cancel before a renewal? Contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it and cancel the subscription.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Outside the cases above we don't prorate partially-used periods.
4. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from your account email with the receipt number, or
- use the receipt link in the payment email from Paddle, our merchant of record.
Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. After a refund
Your plan returns to Free. Nothing is deleted: cloud files beyond the Free limit become read-only (you can still open, download, and delete them), and everything on your own devices is untouched.
6. Fair use
We may decline refunds that abuse this policy (for example, repeated subscribe-refund cycles). Statutory consumer rights in your country, including EU/UK withdrawal rights, are not affected by this policy.
