Getting started
Do I need to install anything?
No. Rayzia opens like any website and runs entirely in the browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, ChromeOS and tablets. There is nothing to download, and it works even on computers where you're not allowed to install software.
Do I need an account to use the editor?
No account is needed to start drawing. A free account, one click with Google, is only for cloud features: it keeps your work synced across your devices and safe in the cloud.
Which browsers and devices are supported?
Any modern browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, ChromeOS and tablets. Rayzia is GPU-accelerated where the browser supports it, and it keeps working offline once the tab has loaded.
Pricing and plans
Is Rayzia really free?
Yes. Every drawing and editing tool, the AI, and SVG and PNG export are free forever, with no trial timer and no watermark on your artwork. The free plan includes 3 cloud files.
What does Pro cost and add?
Pro is $8 a month. It adds unlimited cloud files, 30 days of version history, share links without a watermark, and print-ready PDF export.
Can I cancel Pro, and are there refunds?
Cancel in one click from your account and keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted on downgrade. First purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee; see the refund policy.
Files and export
Can I open and export SVG files?
Yes. A Rayzia document is native SVG, so you can open standard .svg files and edit the real paths, nodes and text. Export clean SVG and PNG for free; PDF export is part of Pro. See the guide to editing an SVG.
What happens if I close the tab or lose internet?
Your work saves itself on your device as you draw, and the editor keeps working with no internet at all. Open the tab again and everything is where you left it. Sign in (free) and it also follows you to other computers.
The AI assistant
How does the AI assistant work?
Connect an AI account you already use, such as Claude or GPT, and tell it what you want. It draws shapes, changes colours, arranges layouts and makes variations right in your file while you watch. Anything it does is one undo away, and it runs on your own account, so there's nothing extra to pay Rayzia. See how to use AI to draw vectors.
Which AI can I connect?
You bring an AI account you already own, such as Claude or GPT. Rayzia uses your own key, so the AI cost stays between you and your provider and Rayzia never adds a markup.
Privacy and your data
Where is my work stored, and what about privacy?
By default your designs stay on your device and reach the server only when you save one to the cloud. Because the AI runs on your own key, your artwork is not routed through Rayzia to be resold. We set one first-party sign-in cookie and run no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. See the privacy policy.
