How it is madeA superellipse field in navy with 200 satin slivers laid across the outline, alternating between three golds and tilted a couple of degrees each, which stops the border reading as a smooth ring. One round of running stitch sits inside it. Shadow is a blurred offset copy of the outline, not feDropShadow, so nothing depends on a filter offset.
