How it is madeThe one surface here with no grid under it, because felt has no weave. A wobbled cut outline, 300 fibres at free rotation in four values, and 110 more crossing the edge so the cut is fuzzy. Two noise washes, a coarse dark one for mottling and a fine pale one for tooth.
