How it is madeTeeth alternate sides and each crosses the centre by 5.5 units, which is the only thing that makes a zip look shut; the dark seam is painted under them so it shows in the gaps only. Tape is a fine jittered weave with a running stitch line down each side. The slider is three flat facets rather than a gradient so it stays crisp at thumbnail size.
